Is C7 Mailer free?
Yes. All three providers, logging, retries, alerts, and the deliverability checks are free, and no license ever disables the plugin.
Do I have to store my password?
No. Gmail and Microsoft 365 connect through OAuth 2.0, so no passwords are stored, and any SMTP credentials are encrypted at rest.
What happens when an email fails?
It is queued and retried with backoff, can reroute through a fallback provider, and you get an alert through Slack, Discord, Teams, or a webhook.
Will my email reach the inbox?
The Deliverability Doctor checks your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records and gives a go/no-go score. Pro adds copy-paste fixes and spam-content scoring.
