Toronto, serving all of Canada

Custom software development, by people who ship.

When the off-the-shelf tool almost fits and a spreadsheet is holding the rest together, we build the missing piece: custom WordPress plugins, integrations, portals and web applications. Scoped in plain English, priced fixed, and yours when it ships.

what we build

Software that fits how you already work.

Custom software development in Toronto usually means one of four things, and we do all of them: custom WordPress plugins when the plugin you need does not exist, integrations that make your CRM, accounting, booking and website finally talk to each other, customer portals and internal dashboards that replace the shared spreadsheet, and full web applications when the idea deserves its own home. Often the custom piece is where an AI automation needs a part that does not exist yet, so we build it.

why c-Seven

27 years of shipping. 60+ products in production.

We have been a WordPress developer in Toronto since before WordPress existed, and our own store, billing, licensing and support all run on software we wrote. When you hire c-Seven you work directly with the people who write the code: no account managers, no offshore hand-off, and no build that quietly dies when the agency loses interest.

Scoped in sprints, priced fixed.

One sprint ships one working thing: a plugin, an integration, a portal module. You approve outcomes, not architecture diagrams, and you can stop at the end of any sprint with everything shipped so far working. Bigger systems run as a numbered sprint plan with milestones.

Custom builds, answered.

Do you only build on WordPress?

No. WordPress is home turf (27 years, 60+ plugins), but we build standalone web applications, APIs and integrations too. The honest answer to "what should this be built on" depends on the job, and we will tell you when WordPress is the wrong tool.

What does custom software cost?

A first build typically runs $3,000 to $10,000 fixed, and additional pieces cost less because they share plumbing. The scoping call produces a written plan with a real number before you commit to anything.

Who owns the code?

You do. Everything ships to hosting you control, documented, with no lock-in. If you ever leave, you take the software with you, and it keeps working.

Can you take over software someone else built?

Yes, we inherit other people's builds regularly: half-finished apps, abandoned plugins, vibe-coded prototypes that need to become real. We start with an honest read of what is salvageable and what is cheaper to rebuild.
