WordPress 6.0+ · self-hosted · Claude AI triage

Visual feedback and error capture for WordPress.

A floating widget captures a screenshot, your visitor annotates and describes the issue, and it lands in one dashboard with AI-drafted replies. It also quietly catches JavaScript and PHP errors nobody reported.

the gist

Every request, with full context

No more emails saying the thing on the page looks wrong. C7 Feedback puts a widget on every page, captures the screenshot automatically, lets visitors draw on it and pin an element, and attaches the recent console log. Your team sees every request in one dashboard with status tracking, AI-drafted replies, and instant Slack, Teams or email alerts. It is self-hosted, so all PII stays in your own database.

how it works

Click, annotate, resolve

Activate and the widget appears immediately. A visitor clicks it, a screenshot is captured, and they draw on it, describe the request and set a priority, with recent console warnings attached automatically. A ticket is stored locally with all context, your team is notified, and Claude drafts a reply you can edit and send in one click. With error capture on, JavaScript and PHP fatals become tickets without anyone reporting them.

questions

Frequently asked questions

Where does the feedback data live?

On your own server. C7 Feedback is self-hosted, so all feedback, screenshots and PII stay in your WordPress database.

Does it catch errors nobody reported?

Yes. With error capture on, uncaught JavaScript errors and PHP fatals become deduped internal tickets automatically.

Does it need an AI key to work?

The widget and dashboard work without one. Claude triage drafts replies and work notes when an API key is configured.

Can anonymous visitors submit?

Yes, optionally. Anonymous submissions are rate-limited to five per IP per hour.

How is it licensed?

By how many sites a license covers. Every feature is included on every tier.
